summer programs for older teens

My nieces, ages 18 and 20, are coming from the States for the summer. They are looking for an interesting program, such as touring Israel and volunteering. One is interested in music and art, and the other one has experience volunteering with developmentally disabled kids and teens.
If anyone has interesting suggestions it would be greatly appreciated
